WAY too hot!
Yesterday at 86 degrees in our living room... as you can see by the picture of the thermostat to the side of the blog... WHEW. 10 degrees hotter outside!
I got all the graduation announcements done and mailed. Yes.. Zach helped. He personally lable the inner envelopes of each and everyone of them. :o)
Now to get through the Top Gun Tournament and the next 2 weeks of work... and it will be Zach's birthday!
Where did the year go? Its half over for crying out loud!!

Not to be forgotten...
It would be possible... in all the hubub of "Zach", to have it slip ones mind temporarily, that Zach is not the only Koch to be hitting a milestone this year.
My beautiful baby(?!?) girls, Jenna and Tia, will say farewell to middle school, only to begin their next journey... the one that takes them to High School for their next adventure.
I can only cross my fingers... close my eyes... and pray that their high school years are easier on Fred and me... than mine were on my parents. *please oh please*.
My admiration for all 3 of the Koch kids is great. They are good kids... and I am confident (when they are sleeping) that they will grow up to be smart, healty adults.
I love you Zach, Jenna and Tia!

So Close...
Zach brought home his Grad announcements! OMG! Can I just say this has cinched it... its real... My "baby", boy will graduate from high school this year! OH woe is me.... I feel OLD. I realized that up until now... I have been in denial. Yes Tara... You were right. My baby sister, Tara, mentioned the other day that Zach and I, yes both of us, ignoring the fact he graduates in a month wont make it NOT come.
Next month promises to be busy with his 18th birthday, his Senior Prom and Graduation!
Now to actually get him to sit down and address those announcements so they can be sent...my money is on "Mom" doing them...
